What is The Zest Method?
The Zest Method is the brainchild of a Michelin-starred chef and an engineer. As our careers evolved and families grew, it became harder and harder to cook healthy, flavorful dinners on a chaotic weeknight. We fell into a rut and our inner foodie shed a tear for the predictable dinners that became our norm. The Zest Method was born from the desire to feel good about cooking without losing our nights or weekends.
The Zest Method is a way of cooking that adheres to 4 principles:
1. All ingredients available via grocery delivery
